Log into the Conference Room Laptop


Wake the laptop if it's asleep.

Enter the login credentials (username/password) if prompted.

Turn On the TV


Use the Samsung remote.

Press the Power button.

Ensure the correct HDMI input is selected (usually HDMI 1 or 2).

Navigate to Outlook Calendar


Open Microsoft Outlook on the laptop.

Click on the Calendar icon (bottom-left corner).

Find the Meeting


Look for today’s date and time.

Double-click the scheduled meeting to open it.

Click Join if it's a Teams or Zoom meeting.

Check Audio/Video


Make sure the laptop is connected to the TV (screen should mirror or extend).

Confirm the correct microphone and camera are selected in the meeting app.

Start the Meeting


Admit participants if needed.

Begin your presentation or discussion.
